Refund policy

Exchange, Returns & Refunds 

  • Exchanges & returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days. During any sale, exchanges and returns are permitted within 7 days.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging. We'll coordinate with a delivery company to pick up the item.

 

Broken or Damaged Items

1. Reporting Damaged Items
Customers must report any damaged or broken items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

2. Proof of Damage
To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (outer box and inside)
  • Order number and details

These must be sent via our official contact channel (email or WhatsApp).

3. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

  • Items damaged during delivery or received defective are eligible for replacement or store credit.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually.

4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not cover:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or overall look of the item
  • Items reported after the 24-hour window

5. Return Requirements
If a return is required:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be included

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, return shipping will be covered by us
  • If the claim is not approved, the customer will bear any shipping costs

 

Returns:

  • If the error is ours (e.g., incorrect item received) or due to shipping (e.g., product is broken or faulty), we cover the shipping fee.
  •  For exchanges or returns not due to our error, customers bear the shipping fee.

 

For Kuwait Residents:

  • Return delivery fee is 1.5 KD, and exchange delivery fee is 1.5 KD. Exchanges are not directly facilitated. Customers need to return the original product for inspection, and upon confirmation, a new order will be processed & delivered.

 

  • Note: In cases where you received complimentary delivery in the original order by meeting the minimum order value requirements, please be aware that an additional 1.5 KD return fee will be deducted if the value of the original order falls below the minimum threshold after returning item(s).

 

Outside of Kuwait:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and custom fees.
  • Refunds are issued only upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

 

Refunds:

  • After receiving the item, we inspect it. If unopened and in saleable condition, a refund is processed after deducting original and return delivery fees.
  • This is done through the original payment method if approved, taking 5 - 15 business days to reflect in your bank account.
  • Note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
